Saumya Raghuvanshi, a lawyer by profession and an expressive arts facilitator by calling.
For years, I lived in a world that revolved around facts, structure, and evidence. But somewhere between deadlines and logic, I realized I had drifted away from my own voice — the softer one that speaks through feelings, colors, and stillness.
Journaling became my way back — a space where I could lay my thoughts bare and meet myself with honesty. What began as a quiet personal practice slowly unfolded into something deeper: a reminder that healing isn’t found in fixing, but in feeling.
That’s how Soulful Reflections was born — a heartfelt space to help others reconnect with their inner world through creative and mindful self-expression.
As a certified Expressive Arts Facilitator, I hold safe, nurturing spaces for people to explore emotions, release what they’ve been carrying, and rediscover their authentic selves.
To me, expressive arts isn’t just about art — it’s about using creativity as language when words fall short. Whether it’s journaling, doodling, collage, or simple reflection, each act becomes a doorway to self-awareness and healing.
It’s not about perfect pages or pretty art — it’s about presence.
It’s where healing begins, softly and truthfully.
